First you must clean surface well with any cleaner windex, rubbing alcohol etc. If your decal coms with transfer tape you can apply by putting 3m masking tape across the top like a hinge then lift up and pull the backing off the decal or sticker then squeegee or rub down to the object then pull the transfer tape off keeping it as close to your sticker until its completely off. If you don’t have transfer tape on your decal or sticker then clean surface and pull the backing off your decal then apply by squeegee or rub on then your

good to go.

To remove stickers or decals pretty easy you can use a heat gun or hair dryer to get the right temp that you need then you must get a corner or any part of the decal or sticker to lift then patiently start pulling the entire thing off. And if any adhesive is left you will need to remove it with a adhesive remover.
